I currently teach only One to One private sessions. Pilates is very technical and requires a lot of corrections. I believe that private classes are the best way to really focus on your individual needs to reap fast benefits in a safe environment.
For mat work classes I provide material (mat and small equipment) and can teach either from my studio in Fulham (Bishop’s Park area) or from your own home if you have appropriate space and live within a reasonable distance.
For reformer classes I teach from my own studio at home in Fulham (Bishop’s Park area). I use the Allegro 2 reformer by Balanced Body and also make use of various equipment pieces.
Prices:
One to One Mat Work Sessions: £55 per hour / £250 for a block of 5 Sessions.
One to One Reformer Sessions: £70 per hour / £325 for a block of 5 Sessions.
